I think having fun is a key factor to a meaningful life. That's why when things get all adult-serious, I tend to hop on my invisible stick horse and gallop around - feel free to race with me any time! If it sounds silly, immature or just lame, I recommend to try it yourself.

Compulsory stuff about my background: for the past ten years, I’ve been teaching mainly in Upper Secondary Schools, where I’ve had that kind of an atmosphere needed to gallop around freely aka, I’ve always had the opportunity to develop the school’s ecosystem and pedagogy. On the side, I've been a learning material writer / producer for Studeo.

 

During 2017-2020, I have broadened my skills and knowledge by working on the administrative level as a pedagogical specialist and as an educator for pedagogical in-service teacher training at the Educational Department of the City of Helsinki, the Helsinki University and Aalto University (ARTS). The responsibilities of these aforementioned jobs have given me a wider, holistic perspective on learning, assessment and innovations within the educational field.
